Kristin Fry

Kristin is the Director of Groups Strategy at Generis.

Kristin has over 20 years of experience leading diverse small group cultures in churches of all sizes. Eight of those years were spent on staff at North Point Ministries, coaching and leading in the small groups department. Kristin is a speaker and writer on topics of organizational and leadership development, and emotional health. In addition, she is a published author, a contributing writer to several online leadership publications, and has developed numerous small group resources for organizations across the country.

Kristin holds a Master's Degree in Theology from Talbot School of Theology and has completed coursework in the Doctorate of Ministry program from Dallas Seminary. Most importantly, she believes in the power of life change through intentional community. She is a highly strategic leader committed to improving systems and creating healthy church culture.

Kristin is a competitive downhill skier. When she's not on the slopes you can find her at her local Crossfit gym. She lives in Atlanta, GA and attends Buckhead Church where she leads a community group.
